I have not opened my package yet as I am waiting for the plumber to arrange a day to fit it,therefore I am unable to make any comments

I’ve been trying to get in contact since last Friday to return the item. No one answers the phone or replies via email.
I placed an order for paint on the 27th March had confirmation of a delivered date. It has been over a week now and no sign of my paint!
I have emailed the customer service team and have called and to date haven’t had any response whatsoever. I am very annoyed that I can’t get through to anyone or had an acknowledgement back!
After taking my my money...for an order you didn’t have... over a week later to refund my money... no alternative or allowance for new stock to come in... poor service....
Problems to begin with, but after excellent customer service from Charlotte, everything was sorted and the product arrived. Thank you Charlotte.
This is the third or fourth product I've bought from Buidex been spot on every time
